Installing Microsoft Intune on an Android Device

Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based solution for managing apps, devices, and organizational resources. The app is available for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. The following instructions detail how to install the app on Android devices, such as the Archer 4 and Mesa 3.
Installing on a New Device
For a new or factory reset device, install Microsoft Intune during initial setup.
On the Welcome screen, tap seven times in a blank area to open the camera.
Scan the QR code provided by your IT administrator.
Follow the on-screen prompts. The device connects to the Wi-Fi (if pre-configured) and begins the enrollment.
On the sign-in screens, enter your organizational credentials.
Complete the setup process.
When prompted, tap Start to open the Microsoft Intune app and register your device. Follow the on-screen prompts. When you see the message that your device is ready, tap Done.
Installing on a Previously Used Device
If the device is already set up,
Open the Google Play Store app on the device, and search for Intune Company Portal.
Install the app and open it.
Tap Sign in and then select Sign-in options.
Select Sign in to an organization.
Select Sign in with a QR code. This opens the camera app.
Scan the QR code provided by your IT administrator.
Follow the prompts to complete the setup.

For Archer 4 or Mesa 3 Android devices with the Barcode Expansion, you may need to configure Intune policies to enable the Barcode Connector Utility. To do this, use following details:

Publisher: Juniper Systems
Package Name (App or Bundle ID): com.junipersys.barcodeconnector
